Returns

  • We accept returns within 7–14 days (you can set exact days) of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To request a return, please contact our support team at support@paldeals.space with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as cosmetics, skincare, undergarments, or sale items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before they are shipped.

  • After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
