Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard, M&P, Call Courier).

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or helpline.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to collect and pay for the order.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • In case of significant delay, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either reship your order or issue a refund.
